Terms of Service

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dime Club. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement;
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate;
• You meet our membership requirements, which may include verification of identity, background, and financial status (for male users);
• You are not a registered sex offender and have not been convicted of a felony or violent crime.

We reserve the right to reject or remove users who do not meet our eligibility or vetting standards.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND VERIFICATION

Dime Club is a private, membership-based service. Entry is not guaranteed. All users must submit an application and, if approved, undergo a verification process.

• Men must submit documentation verifying net worth, identity, and background. A fee applies to accept or reject matches.
• Women must complete photo and social profile verification.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

• Dime Club operates on a pay-per-match and per-rejection model for male users. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Pricing and payment terms may change and will be clearly communicated before a transaction is completed.
• All purchases of virtual or in-app items are final and non-refundable.

Transactions are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Use the latest version of the Service;
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
• Treat other users and Dime Club staff with respect.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or intentions;
• Harass, exploit, or harm others;
• Post or send prohibited content (including nudity, hate speech, illegal activity);
• Solicit or send spam, scams, or monetary requests;
• Use bots or scraping technology.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. SCHEDULING AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Once a mutual match occurs:

• You are expected to respond to scheduling prompts;
• A concierge coordinates in-person dates;
• Chat opens 24 hours before the date;
• No-shows may result in account penalties or removal after three offenses.

6. CONTENT RIGHTS AND USER SUBMISSIONS

You own the content you provide but grant Dime Club a license to use, display, and share it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You may not post or share:

• False, abusive, or infringing content;
• Content containing another person's likeness without consent;
• Any personal contact or financial information in your profile.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or block content that violates these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Service-related content (excluding user submissions), including code, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned or licensed by Dime Club and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without our written permission.

8. DMCA COMPLIANCE

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on our platform, send a DMCA notice to: support@dimeclub.co with the following:

• Your contact info;
• Identification of the work and material in question;
• A good-faith statement of unauthorized use;
• A statement under penalty of perjury;
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat infringers will be banned.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a match or relationship;
• That the Service will be available, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dime Club will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Any user behavior on or off the platform;
• Unauthorized access to your data or account.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the last 12 months.

10. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to resolve any disputes with Dime Club through binding arbitration on an individual basis. This means:

• No class actions or jury trials;
• The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association in New York County, NY;
• You must first attempt to resolve disputes informally with our support team.

If arbitration is found unenforceable, the dispute must be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dime Club, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your Content;
• Your conduct toward other users or Dime Club representatives;
• Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time. Dime Club may suspend or terminate your account without refund for violations of these Terms or conduct we find inappropriate, on or off the platform.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement in Section 10.

15. SPECIAL STATE TERMS

Residents of certain states such as California and New York may have additional rights under state law (e.g., right to cancel a subscription within 3 days). See Section 3 for refund information.
